My provider profile says MN which is where my 1st Review was... I am actually based in Phoenix AZ  
How do I change this ??

Explain to TER what you want changed, and why, and hope for the best.

...from when you visited Minnesota in June.  You should remove that ad as well.  The SugarNights ad also lists you as being in Minnesota.  That ad, however, is a "scraper" ad so it may be more difficult to have removed.  You can ask TER to remove it from your profile.

 

Your Wix personal website has NO indication where your home city is.  This is not uncommon for provider websites.   It would be a good idea if you listed your home city in the "About Me" section of your website.
