I know for a fact these 2 girls wrote reviews for each other with 2 different accounts. They are EXACTLY the same word for word. How do I go about reporting this.

On the review page there is a button you can click to "report a problem" to the right of the provider's name, just above the general info field.

You could also use the "Contact us" link at the top right of the web page.

Include as much information as possible including all the provider IDs, reviewer names, etc.
