How do i get a provider profile, like put my name, phone number and what service i offer, what hair color i have, etc so guys can post reviews about me on it and see who i am, etc. I am really confused.

If you know someone is going to give you your first review make sure he has your correct info. My first review was so sweet but because I saw him in a city I do not usually work I am listed in the wrong area code
on TER. He tried to contact admin to change it but it was already complete.  Good Luck
