Yes I'm new, and I notice that every discussion board almost, always brings up A review on a provider? I'm not saying its a bad thing just wondering! Even tho I haven't been providing long, I have had some Amazinggg experiences with guys who didn't write reviews. It also seems that most of the women who have reviews have been in the biz for over a decade and are older women? It seems as if its hard to meet news guys on ter if you lack the amount of reviews as most of the other women. What about the newbies? Lol just wondering, or should I wait until I get more reviews to advertise here?

and the more visible you are.

Reviews are important because it is how the mature hobbyist knows that you are legitimate, and also know what to expect when we meet you.

The fact the the more mature providers have more reviews is just a function of the amount of time that they have been providers.

can post on several boards to let guys get to know you.

Good luck.

but usually the last 6-10 will establish a lady's legitimacy.  A quick scan if there's a particular service you want included & then view other data like pictures.  No, every guy does not review & those who do, frequently will not every time.
No, the sooner you start, the sooner you'll get TER reviews.  It can be hard to break in because Newbies are wisely recommended to stay with well reviewed providers.  But some newbies don't (foolishly it turn out some times) but experienced hobbiests will try a new gal, trusting on their spidey sense to avoid ripoffs & troubles.
TER is a great benifit & you should start to take the steps to be accepted here.

Just for a moment, think like a guy.

You are looking for a provider, and you see an ad with an attractive picture.

Is she for real, or is she setting up a sting for local law? Does she provide a nice service, or does she lure you into the room for a low price, and then try to up sell? Are the pictures really her, or did she steal them off the internet (or are they 10 years old, and she's gained 50 pounds)?

And what about the services she actually provides? You saw from answers to your previous post that a large percentage of guys want bbbj vs cbj - how do you know which she offers? And, does she allow kissing, daty, or a whole long list of other possibilities? And, for that matter, is she good at it?

You have to understand that there are some guys who are willing to book someone, with the promise to pay x amount of dollars, without having any idea what they are going to get. Most of the guys around "here" want to know EXACTLY what they are spending their money on.

That's what the reviews do for guys - answer all those questions that we cannot ask when we first contact you.

if you see just a movie poster you aren't quite sure what the whole movie is about, but if you see the movie trailer you'll have a much better understanding of what that movie is about, and the more information we have the more likely we will see you. Reviews give the hobbyist what can basically be expected in the date. The more a review explains and with better scores the more business you'll receive.

It's sorta the point!  That being said, advertising here will get you more reviews since the guys who read hear tend to write them. I wouldn't feel like you have to wait until you get more reviews to post a weekly ad in your area.

I'd be a little careful about judging the ladies here who have reviews already.  There are definitely a lot of established providers on TER but there are also a lot of younger girls just starting out or in the biz for a few years.

If you were on a sugar daddy site, no one would dare ask or talk about reviews, because that is not the image they are trying to portray. I don't know what you mean by "old" but we have women from 18-25 who have a shit load of reviews on here. Reviews that are CONSISTENT prove she is not a fly by night provider, who may fall off the map after she makes a buck. Anyone can be good at a job for a year, but try that for 5 years and see if your reviews still keep the same consistent marks. Most guys look for consistency, not just a number of reviews.

Guys want to make sure they don't spend their hard earned money on a girl who does not provide the services they are looking for, and bbbj and kissing rank up there of most insisted on. If a girl does not offer those services, many guys will not waste time contacting her just to be disappointed.

I am quite young yet, early on I realized that reviews are an essential part of your business activity. Reviews are a great way for the guys to know that we are serious, well established and real. We all use reviews in one way or another in order to make sure that what we are buying is a good quality product or we read Zagat in order to find the rating of a restaurant. My advice is to advertise on the boards, get involved in your local board with intelligent and positive contributions and in a short time you will start attracting gentlemen from TER that will be glad to write you a review based on their experience. And my last advice, ALWAYS provide an stellar and consistent service so you can build a loyal client base.

Thank u everyone who responded, ok I understand why!

There are lots of girls doing this, and we as clients don't need to risk our money and take a chance on an unknown commodity versus a well-reviewed provider.

It's no different than a restaurant review.  If you open a new restaurant and you have no pedigree as a chef or restauranteur, and no history, then do you think it will be easier or harder to get people to come in the door?  Think of reviews here like restaurant reviews on Yelp, in a sense.  It's a crude analogy, but it has many parallels.

I won't go into the economics of how this works, but suffice it to say that $300 to $500 per hour is a big sacrifice to the guy who is making even $100k/year.  Now, $100k/year means a lot of different things in a lot of different markets, but at a 40% tax rate, $100k/year is $60k/year after taxes or about $30/hour.  You do the math and figure out how a guy has to work to afford an hour with you, and now you can figure out whether as a guy I'm willing to gamble it on a provider that is unproven versus one that has many reviews.

or Angie's List for the trades, or Zagat restaurant review, or a Yelp review for a business or for that matter the good housekeeping seal of approval. It's how many hobbyists decide who to see.

in my area. The advise given is great and true.I think the ladies state the toughest part..staying consistent in quality of service.
Now use of All the tools that Ter offers will be of great help.Spend time on researching a web -page.The weekly ad board is awesome (especially if your doing a special incentive rate *hint).Men are visual ,daily theme threads provide chances for exposure, but put up THE BEST QUALITY photo"s(not photo-shopped ) you can afford.Get Vip , read as many of the top providers reviews as you can.
Only you know how hungry you are...what amount of time & effort your willing to expend."It's doing what you don't want to..that's gonna determine..what your gonna be ..when you can no longer help it!"
Once you have those great reviews, found you some fantastic regulars, then comes freedom of choice and I'm rooting for ya'!!
