Sarah Jessie is with LE VIP Collection. She is obviously legit based on numorous reviews by legit reviewers. Is it then safe to say that any provider from this agency is legit (not LE) even  if they don't have ay reviews?  Do you think that applies to all agencies, if they have one well reviewed girl, then all their girls are legit?

one never knows.  I think it highly unlikely that an agency would hire an undercover cop as one of their girls.  It would only take one bust, and her cover is blown with the agency.  That's not worth it for LE, IMHO.  If one of an agency's girls has legit reviews, the other girls are probably ok as well.  Unless the others are all very new, or do not want reviews, it just seems that they would have some reviews also.  I'd do a little more research if I were you.

Never assume anything either, I wasn't much help here but I didn't know what else to say.

But the biggest reason for do ing the research is not just LE but the many scams & under-performances out there.  Again, a lady will not last long with an agency if she pulls that crap but you never know.   Performace is hard for an agency to guarentee.

many of the providers that are repped by them have TER reviews. However, never assume anything when it comes to the hobby. The chance they've been infiltrated by LE is slim to none. With that said, you need to do your research on every provider you see, regardless if they are all at the same agency, or even if a provider you're seeing recommends a friend of hers. No two providers are alike. Remember there's a lot of YMMV to the hobby.

issue than the agency actually employing an undercover officer.

As the laws are changed in some jurisdictions to increase the vig for hobbyists to felony levels, LE is employing the tactic of busting the provider, turning her, and then picking up the clients as they show up.  There was an agency provider in Chicago a couple of years ago who was snared in this type of thing without the agency finding out until the clients were bailed and started posting about it.

Keep in mind, though, that Independent Providers could get caught up in this as well, but are less likely because LE would get more bang for their buck from an agency provider due to amount of traffic and also the opportunity to bust the agency itself once the provider is turned.

The push right now on the federal side is to steer local LE to these types of tactics and Local governments to raise the penalties for Johns.  The publicized idea is to go after demand while starting to treat the providers as more victims than perpetrators.  However, the real motivation is accessing and spending the available funds from the Trafficking Task Force effort.  If not spent, they can't get the same funding later, so they are expanding resources so as to have a corresponding expenditure.
