If you are that worried, do CBJ.  Ya takes your chances with everything, it all depends on what you want.  Have never heard that a shower and a piss will prevent anything, someone has misled you, IMHO. Infections are internal, so how would a baby wipe on the outside do any good???

Well, I know that for a women, peeing immediately after sex cuts down drastically on UTI's.... but a shower and/or anti-bacterial wipes aren't going to "wash" away an STD if you should happen to contract one, or be exposed.

Neither does taking a shower or urinating soon after the session. I do not know what made you concluded to this. Once you received a BBBJ from a provider that has herpes or other STD's, its more than likely you will get it. Sorry bro, that's the name of the game. And, I wish I could put it gentler for you, but, I would only be to lying. There will always be a risk for a BBBJ. Kinda sucks, but, that's the way it is.

There are risks everywhere....even crossing the road. You just need to decide what level you are willing to play at and then find someone in agreement with that. Worrying about your choice (i.e, BBBJ vs. CBJ) during the session will not make for a fun session.

Actually, anti-bacterial wipes, a shower and peeing right after sex would marginally reduce the likelihood of some STDs, but only very marginally. OTOH, the risk of a guy getting an STD from BBBJ or DFK is already pretty minimal, so the benefit is not really significant. But it makes him feel good.

It does give me an opportunity to use my favorite Woody Allen quote, again - "Is sex dirty? Only if it's done right."
