As a newbie, you should consider paying for VIP by the month, ~$30 per month, payable using anonymous Gift Cards. That gives you TER PM immediately and you can stop renewing as soon as you get your first review and requesting free limited VIP which includes PM. . I think that the requirement for posting an TER Ad is (1) a link to your TER profile (if you have one) or (2) a link to an ad on the web THAT HAS YOUR CONTACT INFO in it (phone, email, etc.). (What good is an ad w/o contact info?) . By also including your email info in your TER Ad, I think you are within the rules.
