Hi--I'm hoping hobbyists or providers can help me here.

In researching one particular provider (who I found on P411, initially), on their P411 profile I see a link to a review on TER.  The TER profile for that provider is full of many reviews (all good).  The TER profile does not, however, list the P411 profile I came from as a web site, but rather a BP page as the provider's web page.  I follow this link from their TER profile to a BP page.  Here's my concern:

The phone numbers on P411 and TER don't match.  The only link between them is that the P411 profile links to the TER review, but not the other direction.  Also, there pictures on this providers BP page do not match the P411 pics.  Email addresses listed on the TER site do not appear on the P411 site.  You get the idea--data isn't matching up.  Is this a red flag?  
I trust the TER profile/reviews are legit (there are pages of reviews), but how do I know the P411 profile--which is how I contact the provider--is the same person?

If I'm LE, or a scammer--whats to stop me from creating a P411 profile, then claiming a different TER review as my own?
Hopefully I'm simply being overly cautious.  I'd really like to see this provider!  (I would link the URL for this provider, but not sure if that's considered bad form).

I see this all the time. Providers change phone #'s all the time.  If a provider has  a web site with an email that has remained the same use that.  With a long time provider she is likely to need to change her phone every six months or so. This is the nature of the game.

that the pictures don't match. It is not unusual for her P411 link not be listed on her TER profile and for the phone numbers not to match. But the pictures should show the same lady, if they don't, it's a red flag IMHO.  

I doubt she's LE, since she is on P411 and they vet out the gals.  It could be a bait and switch, but I would think that P411 would find out about that and kick the lady off in short order as their reputation and reason for being is to verify both sides of the game.  

How long has she been on P411? You can get an idea by her P#. The lower the number the longer she has been on the service.  If she has a low number, she has been around for a while and is probably legit.  

If you reach out to her, you can ask about her BP ad.  Or you can set up an appointment and be prepared to walk away if the girl that answers the door is not the one you were expecting.

All:  I suppose I could just reach out to her via TER PM (usually I stick to P411).

And I might be wrong here, but if a previous reviewer entered the wrong/incorrect website information into their review, then it's possible her profile was updated with that.  One would hope that the TER inspection before approving a review would catch that, but they're human just like us and can miss things.  If you haven't, then you might email admin with the profile links and ad links so they can verify it on their end - they can recover previous profiles from backups if needed (at least I hope they have data backups in place!)

The p411 profile does not look like the gal with the reviews on TER.  Don't know how that got messed up, but they are not the same woman.  Now, that said... the she could be legit... but I don't think those are her reviews on TER.  You could search TER for her name/number and see if there is another profile that matches.  Anyway, proceed with extreme caution... If it were me, I would pass.
