Click on "MyTER" at the top of this page, then look for the sub menu across the top, and off to the right you will see "buy VIP.' Click on that and a submenu will appear that offers monthly, quarterly or yearly VIP, as well as a "pay by cash" option. You can pay monthly by credit card, and the billing will automaticllay renew and charge your cc every month, until you cancel. If you choose quarterly or yearly, you save some money. Those don't automatically rebill. You will have to renew when they expire. If you don't want a paper trail with your criedit card, click on the "pay by cash" option. This will take you to the "trust cash" information. This option is only available for quarterly and yearly options. There is a thread on this page about trustcash and how easy it was to use.

If you submit reviews and/or problem reports you earn free VIP days. While you are paying for VIP, these days go into your VIP bank. When your paid subscription expires, then the "banked" days kick in.

1. Pay for it
2. Write reviews
3. Submit problem reports

I received a credit for reporting problems, two (2) credits but I'm still showing Basic Membership.  How do I use the credits?
