In general, what is the best time to call? Early,mid,late afternoon, or early,mid, or late evening? Which?
I'm going to call some providers tomorrow and ask if they see newbies. I'm an unemployed student, so I haven't had any luck yet. I can't even get on P411 because I'm not a full-time student. Bummers.

Have you done your homework first?  Read the self help section, read back on this board until you can answer every question?   If so then proceed...
Read all available info on a lady you are intereted in seeing.  Profile here, ads, web site.  You ought to get VIP & read the complete reviews.  Follow any directions she gives.  If she can not trust you to follow directions before the door closes, you'll never see the inside of that door.  (Allowing a stranger to be intimate requires a lot of trust)  

You do not state your age, but a lot of ladies will not see younger clients.   Don't ask me why but it is up to the lady.  You will have to convince her that you are mature & trustworthy.  You should not see ladies that do not screen...  it's not safe for her, and therefore not safe for you.  You need to give her time to screen you and may require some convincing and a willingness on your part to reveal personal information.  I'd suggest 2-3 days.   I don't like the contact forms...  I'd rather use a regular email from a private account.   You should set up a hobby email & get a hobby phone...  as a younger man, you may want to close the door to this some day & don't want to have to cover tracks.   Do NOT lie about your age of you'll definately get blacklisted...  No trust there!

To borrow another line from Groucho, that's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Your own membership in the club won't make it unsafe for you, obviously. Many of my best experiences have been with escorts who didn't ask for references. They were well reviewed and discreet. If you can find one, it's a good way to get started.

I've had my best luck calling mid-mornings or mid-afternoons, before and after lunch hours. All girls are different, of course. If she states in her ad or site that she takes calls earlier in the morning, that's usually an even better time to try. However, before just calling a bunch of providers, you'll have infinitely better results if you research like crazy to find the most likely, best reviewed prospects. Getting VIP here to read their full reviews is essential.

I would simply add a couple of things:
1)  I don't get why P411 won't let you list there simply because you're "not a full-time student."  Did you actually talk to someone there or just try to use the form on their site?  If the latter, give them a call and they'll work with you to find adequate verification info.  Then you can use their search function to find "newbie friendly" girls.
2) As has been said, there is no "best time to call."  Also, many girls prefer you not call them initially.  They will only call you after the date is set up to give you their address or hotel room #. The best thing to do is go on their web site and read theri contact info, then simply follow it.  Lots of gals prefer an e-mail first.  So set up an anonymous GMail account for that purpose.

Usually, they ask to see one when you enter an incall just to be sure you're the guy they screened.  How do you know she didn't use other methods of which you were unaware?  That's often the case.  I do agree I prefer to know how I'm screened because that way I know she's safe.  Screening works both ways.

Others know far more about this than I do, but since there are no other responses I'll just say that some providers do use google.  Also, there are reverse phone book services where you enter the phone number and the name and address pops up.
