Some guys love it, others are grossed out by it.  A friend in the adult biz once told me that you hurt your business by only offering what YOU think is hot, and the preggers must know him.  Besides, that's a long time for some ladies to go without earning a living.  In short, it is what it is.

I've done it on a few occasions.

It's spectacular, for both.

You have to be very gentle and patient, however.
