Is there any way to import a providers information if she already has reviews and/or a TER ID?  I have been a lurker but would like to begin posting reviews; however, I have to admit having to enter a providers name, location, website, phone number, etc. is a deterrent understanding that such information is readily available.  If there is a way to import that information, I'm obviously not smart enough to figure it out.....any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

You can open two windows. One with the providers TER profile and one with the review form and copy from one to the other. This is an often discussed topic. So far there has been no change in the fact that each reviewer must fill out the form as if there were no other. It's a pain. There is no need for you to try and update/correct the info from her profile if you know it to be no longer applicable either. Example: her profile says she has short hair but she now has hair to her shoulders. If you enter the up to date info it won't show up when your review is posted. The only way to correct out of date/inaccurate info is to file a problem report.
Please do write reviews though. They are useful and we all appreciate your contribution.

I do what he recommended.  I open up a second browser with the provider's profile.  It does make copying a little easier.  I think TER feels that making you do it this way helps keep down the number of fake reviews.  If it does, no one knows.  And yes, problem reports are the only way to change anything on a provider's profile.  However, I would not make any profile changes without discussing them with the provider first, as a matter of courtesy.
