A search on the board would have found this info for you and it's been asked so many times that I keep a copy of it for when the weekly "How do I post a picture?" question comes in ....

Fuzzy Phallus posted a tutorial that was originally posted by Fast Eddie and I added a bit to it, so this is a community effort!

Unfortunately, TER only allows "hot linking" of photos from the internet. You can't upload photos from your personal computer. Your picture MUST already appear somewhere on the web for your picture to appear.  TER will NOT host your image.

The problem is that most porn sites do not allow "hot linking". You may post your photo, but within a short period of time it's not viewable.

The solution is to find the photo on the Internet you want to post, then upload it to a hosting service on the Internet.

Sounds simple, but some of the hosting services are prudish and when they find out what site you're linking to, they de-list them as a site you can link to. Photobucket, one of the biggest hosting sites on the web and one who many of you have been using is one of those sites that's de-listed TER. Even if you have enter the proper picture url, it may not work.  Some sites, particular the free escort templates also block the hot-linking of images.

So as of now, the best site is www.imagecoast.com

Here's how to post photos here. Sign up with imagecoast (it's free). Select "upload images", browse your computer for a photo you want to upload, then upload it. After the upload is successful, click on the thumbnail to get to the full-size image, copy the url and paste it into TER. OR if you have a photo on your web site you can use that picture to post here.

ASSUMING that it is already posted on the Internet, RIGHT-click on the picture you want to post, one of the options you should be given is to copy the image location, or you can copy it from the image properties.  This is what you need to paste into the link url box. Picture links on TER will ALWAYS begin with "http/", and will end with ".jpg" or ".bmp" or ".gif", or ".png"!!!  Html tags are not allowed on TER, and IMG tags do not work!!!

To copy the URL location of the picture. If you are using Internet Explorer, this means right-clicking on the photo, selecting properties, and copying the the Address (URL). Firefox and other Netscape based browsers are a bit easier , as you can right click on the photo, and Copy Image Location. It should look something like this:

Paste the photo's address in the photo URL field.
