I don't have a personal website, but I'm listed on a escort website.
Will I be allowed to post on the regional board?
Do I have to include a link to the escort website?
What about price?

Any escort can advertize on her local board.  You don't need any site at all.  Some just put their info and a picture right up there, including hours, phone numbers, email addy and prices.

Read all of the TER polices regarding this which you will find in the Newbie Manual linked at the top of this page.

If you do link to a site, yours or anyone else's, it must have a TER logo.

When you have reviews and a profile on TER, that can also be linked each time you post on any TER board.

Best of luck.

OR her reviews to post an ad.  A compliant site can be an Escort Mall site like BackPage, CityVibe, or Eros, etc.. or a personal site that meets the board requirements.

If the provider does not have a website or ad to link to, she can post a link to her reviews.

I have occasionally seen a provider post information about her rates, availibility, etc. and not have any link to either a website or her reviews, if she even had any.

Did those posts get by the mod?

I do know that you can not have reviews, or the profile page unless you had a site, but I was not aware that you could not advertise at all without a site or some kind.

reviews, then they got past the mods.  It happens, but hopefully not too often and other providers are usually very quick to point out when a non-compliant ad gets by.

This is from the Ad Posting Guidelines (the last sentence clarifies it the most):

"Provider ad posts (and ISO replies) must include a link to either your personal website, your TER review profile, or directly to your ad on an escort mall.  This means that EVERY ad post, in order to be posted, MUST list one of the above three types of links in the "Link URL" field when creating the post. If the "Link URL" field is left blank, the ad post will not be approved."

I tried twice! I have to add the TER logo.
I don't know how to add the TER logo to the escort website.
I give up...
