Your question about where to advertise is very regional in nature. This is a national board. Different ad sites work better in different markets. Folks from Atlanta can better tell you what works there. Several people have told you TER is the best place for a free ad, but in order to advertise on TER you need to have an ad somewhere else first to link to, or you need a personal website with a TER link on it. Read the Self Help Center (find it at the top of the page by the red and white life preserver), especially the provider ad posting guidelines.
