I submitted a review 4 days ago and it hasn't shown up. How can I find out why it's not there? I have another one to post but I don't want to spend the time if it's not going to be there. Any help?
The first thing to do is check to see the status of the review.
Click the Status link at the top of any TER screen. The link will read "Status: (VIP or Basic) Member. On the next screen, click the "List My Reviews" link on the left. You will see a list of your reviews along with their status, Pending, Approved or Rejected (with the reason why listed under comments).
Unfortunately it looks like your attempt to purchase VIP membership has failed due to your card being declined. Good news is that we have several other payment options that you could try.
