What makes you decide to see someone who's new and has no reviews...is it an impulse buy? Is it because she offers a discount for heavy reviewers? Her photos are irresistible? You get to know her on the boards?

You cannot offer discounts in exchange for reviews. Therefore, you may not offer discounts to the first five gents who write a review of you. That would be discounts for reviews. However, you may offer discounts in general to reviewers. Keep in mind, these reviewers may or may NOT write a review of you. However, you are being fair and offering the discount to all reviews. Do you get it? Offer a discount to reviewers with the understanding that some may write a review and some will not. However, do not actually offer a discount for a review! I hope that helps. I might have fallen for the irrestible photos as a complete newb, no chance of that anymore. Same with impulse buying. The other 2 reasons you mentioned have sucked me in and would again.
Other times I'll do it:
- If another provider that I trust vouches for her. - I get to know her a little at a meet and greet.
What has inspired me is an ad showing both a sense of humor and above-average intelligence. I figure if a woman has these two things, even if she scares the heck out of me on sight, I can at least get an hour of really fun conversation and maybe make a friend.
These days, I probably wouldn't. Back when I was a total newb, it was usually just the photo... until I realized that if the photo is too good, and there's no reviews, that its probably a bait-and-switch. One time I saw someone from CL who didn't have any reviews. There was something about the her post that made me think she was really a genuinely interesting person, which she was (but not a great provider). (So, hint on the text of your listing: keep it real.)
I think it's a mix of the photos, the price, impulse (or just plain being horny!), and for me, being on the road. Sometimes you just can't get verified in time to see most TER women on short notice. I have used several other vehicles to locate the ladies while traveling, included the infamous CL, eros, backpage ads, other websites, and even the phone book! I have only had one experience that was not very good, so maybe I have been lucky. I will also say that the phone conversations are also very important; I have changed my mind about seeing someone many times after a phone call that left me feeling unsure, or just turned off by the phone manners of that provider. It's often referred to as "spidey sense".
I just started reviewing this year - I was one of the many who did not write reviews for the ladies I visited. I'm old school, and it was too much like the 'kiss & tell' of high school years to me. But I finally realized that it was helpful for the ladies, and beneficial to me & the community that this site serves, so I will do so going forward.
getting a comfort level with the lady. A few months ago I took a chance and saw an unreviewed lady in our area and had a great time. She had posted on the regional board for several months and I liked her flirtaceous personality as well as her looks. Yes, I had a great time.
First, I need to have some comfort level that she's legit. Getting to know her through the boards, getting a positive vibe when I call/email, knowing a provider who can vouch for her.
Second, I need to be really attracted to her. This means her looks, of course, but it could also be sensual posts that intrigue me.
Third, she needs to have reasonable rates. I have a pretty broad range of what I'm willing to pay, but an unreviewed lady would generally need to be on the mid-to-low end of my range. That way, if things don't go well, I've limited my losses, which is important psychologically.
