hi new here, love the site, and hoping to make some friends, just having a little trouble making sense of things....i posted a message on the regional board in san diego where i live. an ad, i guess its called. and its nowhere to be found. when i look at my account manager under my posts, its there, does it take a long time for it to come on the board...? thanks for any info...i'll catch on sooner or later...

You're most likely being moderated. All of us have to go through it. When the Moderator gets to know you and thinks you can be trusted to follow the posting rules, you'll be un-moderated and free to join the rest of us. Welcome aboard, by the way.

..."new" until it changes to either 'approved' or 'not approved.'  Sometimes it takes longer on the weekends for Staff to review a post.

Hey Tina! I had the same issue this morning...maybe we can both get help..I was advised to PM the board's moderator, but I'm not yet a VIP member and can't PM. What will we ever do?!

you can see the link on her posts that says "see my reviews" so that means she has provider status.

once you have 3 or more posted reviews you are eligible for provider status.

they dont normally grant this automatically, most of the time the provider has to actually email [email protected] and request provider status which will be granted upon ter's confirmation that the provider has met the 3 reviews eligibility requirement.

once you have provider status, the "see my reviews" link will show next to all your posts, you will have free access to ter's private mail system and you will have access to the provider's only board which is the most happening place on the site even when i'm not hanging in there.

my very favorite benny of having provider status is that any girl in your regional area who doesnt have provider status has to do your laundry whenever you ask her to.
