I look through BP and see all these providers with out of state tele ##'s. Does LE use out of state phones to lure? Should I be suspicious? I've used TER to find some of these girls from other cities with some luck but most are a no go. Any thoughts?

Keep in mind that most BP, CV and CL providers travel in bunches and share hotel rooms to save on cost. Doing this makes them high risk and magnets for LE.

With the advent of prepaid phones. You can request an area code from almost anywhere in U.S and Canada and get it at the time of registration with almost no issues. Local providers will sometimes request an out of state number to throw LE off their tracks. This practice is not effective and never works.

You still have to do your homework.  LE often uses out of state plates on undercover cars...  why not phones?

The Regional Boards, linked to the left, are full of ads.

I seen a few myself with great results. It all comes back to good reviews. The review history is why we come to TER, and it's what takes LE, B&S upsell, bad service, etc, off the table.

I'm talking about the ones NOT on TER. They go from state to state. Stay in motels that they work out of for a few weeks and move on to avoid trouble with LE. If they aren't with an agency, they are with their pimp.
Many are legit, but I don't think anyone can tell you that "most" are legit or "most" are not.
You'll likely get FS, all covered. Often NO daty or kiss. The islands, if available, are more $$.
Sometimes you'll find a hot little nasty gal that will completely flush out your pipes. Sometimes you will meet the pimp.
