When you read the review of a provider you want as a favorite, go up toward the top of the page and there will be a button that says "Add To Favorites". When you click the button, the lady will be added to your favorites.
You can also go to Account Manager and check the box that says "email favorites updates" and you will get an email every time one of your favorites gets a new review.
The list of favorites is basically a list of profiles with a blank box to write notes. Fill in the box with details of why you added her to your favorites. Then hit the "save" button. It will help you to remember when you check it weeks or months later as to why the hell you added her to the list, lol.
