1: read the self help center (look for the life preserver in the upper right)
2: read the newbie forum (go back a few months...most of your questions have already been asked/answered)
3: read the regional board closest to you for local insights

... After reading this scroll to the very bottom. Click on "Back to Forum". Look to the upper right of the message board. Find the Red & White life preserver. Look directly under it to find the Self-Help Center link. Click on it and then read all the info you find in each link. Start with the topics listed under Provider Relations 101. Then read The Newbie Primer (two above Provider Relations 101). Then read everything else.

Ask questions here after reading.

Lastly, the advice given to newbies is to only see well-reviewed ladies. By using the search function you will find more information about this advice.
