how do i get into my pm's if i donthave new mail??

Then log on and go to account manager and the mail tab will be at the top right of the page under "mail"

As soon as I sign in to TER Welcome HaleyOrlando greets me and right under it if there are any messages,  "You have mail". I don't know if this is for everyone as I am a paid VIP member but next time check under TER's welcome to you.
