As you perhaps have noticed by the updated text at the top of this board, we have a new Newbie Board mod, DC.

He has been doing a great job on the other TER boards that he moderates and he was kind enough to volunteer to add the Newbie board to his list.

As is the case with all of our mods, DC's assistance is very much appreciated. Please join us in welcoming him as the new Newbie board moderator.

peeking out from the lowest eyelet of Jazz32's enormous shoes, which I have no hope of ever really filling.  IMHO, he was the best possible mod this board could have, and he will be sorely missed.  I am going to do everything I can to maintain the welcoming, helpful, and inviting environment that he has created for those new to this site and the hobby itself.  I hope all of you will continue to help in this endeavor, and, given my experience with you all, I am sure that you will.

This is a special place on TER, and it has been made that much more special by Jazz32's stewardship.

I look forward to having fun with all of you.

Jazz is a very special guy, and will be missed. You, however, are the best possible choice to carry on in his absence.
