I recently had a different experience than I’ve ever had with a provider and am not sure what to make of it. I thought perhaps some of you more experienced folks could advise.

It was with an agency I’ve never used. I’d read about their providers and got the feeling that though this was a relatively new agency, they were running a satisfactory operation.  I called asking about a specific provider (which happened to be Latin American) and was told she wasn’t available.  I asked for a non-smoker and she said she didn’t know which smoked and which didn’t, but recommended a newer lady to me.  She was not listed on their site, but she described her to me and said she’d provide the same as any of their other ladies.  I agreed to this and she said the lady would call me, describe herself and make sure that she was acceptable.  Sure enough, within minutes I got her call.  Said she was Panamanian with caramel-colored skin. She said she could get to my hotel in 15-20 minutes, however the donation was higher than the agency had said. Though this probably should have been a warning to me it wasn't much higher so I agreed to it.  A hour went by and she was not there so I called the agency.  She seemed surprised to hear she wasn’t there yet.  She said she’d call her and ask her to call me.  In a few minutes I got a call from the provider and she said she was 10 minutes away. Over a half hour later she finally showed up. It really went through my mind to call and cancel and leave.

When she showed up, she didn’t look Panamanian, but black.  Though not what I expected, I didn’t mind that she was black. She came in with an air of authority and plopped down on the edge of the bed and called the agency.  While it was ringing she asked for my ID. I told her I had left it in my car since I hadn’t been told I’d need it. (I’ve never had a provider ask for my ID)  Then she asked for her fee. It was in plain sight about 4 feet away in the usual white envelope.  Being cautious and not caring to discuss it, I didn’t answer, but motioned to it.  She said, “You’ll have to give it to me.”  I picked it up and laid it on the bed next to her.  She looked annoyed, but opened it, counted it and put it away.

Then she let her hair down explaining that she has to be careful not to be recognized since she is a paralegal and it wouldn’t do to have someone see her going into a hotel.  I took a shower, which I’d have taken earlier if I’d known she’d be so long arriving. She declined joining me for the shower.  When I came out she had removed all her clothing except bra and panties.  She asked me to lie face down on the bed for a massage, which I did.  She gave a fair but brief back massage, during which we talked a bit.  She said that her father is a lawyer, but as a paralegal she didn’t want to work in his office. She also claimed to have some massage training. Then she asked me to roll over.  Then she oiled and massaged my stiffy.  During this time she informed me that there were two ways to get extra services beyond a massage. One was to pay for them separately and the other was to pay for two hours as I had done.  Hmm, I thought, this is strange.  Then she put a cover on and proceeded to give me pretty good hand job.  After this she moved up and lowered herself on my rod, moving the panties aside only enough to enable her to do this.  I couldn’t see anything, just feel it.  I asked her if she wasn’t going to take off her top.  (It was obvious the panties couldn’t come off right then.) She replied that no she wasn’t - in her culture it was disrespectful to expose her body that way.

Though rather exasperated by this turn of events, I was rather enjoying the sensations because she was incredibly tight - tighter than anything I’ve experienced since an earlier virgin girlfriend.  Needless to say I popped sooner than I’d have preferred.  She hopped off and began dressing.  I asked if she was leaving already. She affirmed she was and was soon gone.

So, in summary, I waited over 1 ½ hours for someone who didn’t match the description and received about 15 minutes of service instead of 2 hours.  Am I wrong to feel like I was taken advantage of?  Also, should I be nervous about posting a poor review of her since she is a paralegal with a lawyer for a dad, or do you think that was all a tale?  Should I describe my experiences to the agency?

The experience you describe is classic agency behavior.  Both the girl and the agency took advantage of you, but don't feel foolish; you're not alone.

You could complain to the agency, but they won't care.

I wouldn't be concerned over writing an honest review; in all likelihood the girl's not a paralegal.  But if she really IS in the legal profession, and is therefore REALLY concerned about exposure, she's certainly NOT going to sue you for libel over your submitting a bad review (she wouldn't prevail anyway; truth is a prima facia defense against libel).

On the other hand, she's not going to care much more than the agency about a bad review.  Agency girls don't depend on reviews to the same degree as independant providers.  Independants (at least successful ones) and agencies fill different market niches:  Independants generally cater to the hobbyist, where agencies usually cover the impulse buyer or less experienced customer.  It's doubtful that msny of this girl's clients ever check places like TER before making a decision.

No, pal, I suggest you write this off as a good lesson and move on.

Oh, incidentally, it IS customary for providers to ask for your ID, so you will want to have it available in the future.  On the other hand, you were right to feel funny about actually handing the donation to to this girl; providers, almost universally, prefer the donation NOT be handed to them, but placed in plain view and not mentioned.

Don't feel too bad; this club's easy to get into.

So, in your opinion, an independent is preferable to an agency?  In the Boston area, I've not had much success with local providers.  How do you select them?

I would post a review & least tell us the agency's name so other hobbists won't get taken.

She is not listed on the agency website, she is unknown.
TER wont accept reviews without ad/website address!

My advice is join the crew, and do your homework before seeing a provider, stick to well-reviewed ones.

See indies and you should  what you told of. Do some research and ask some questions on your local board to get pointed in the right direction.

You've been RIPPED OFF .... not only would I'd post her name ... but the agency name, and the name of the girl you were suppose to have seen ... Once again stick with the indies !!!!! sorry you had to learn the hard way ..... hobby safe hobby well hobby all you can be .....

Even if the provider was a licensed lawyer, the last thing in the world I would worry about is being sued over a review you might write.  Even if everything you wrote about her were false, for her to sue you for a false statement about the services she provided (i.e. defamation) would be analogous to recipient suing a drug dealer because the drugs he paid for were subpar or fake.  If she sued you for libel, she would be admitting to engaging in illegal activity.  Trust me, it ain't gonna happen.

I'm by no means the most experienced guy out there, but you were clearly taken. Being somewhat new myself, I can relate to your question because it's difficult for you to measure the quality of the services you received against what other providers offer.

The good news is that you're smart enough to ask questions and you have TER to steer you away from unscrupulous agencies like this. While you're getting your feet wet, NEVER see a provider that doesn't have at least several good reviews. All the reviews don't have to be off the charts, but they should be consistent for the most part. Consistency shows that the reviews are authentic and accurate.  You should also check other reviews written by a reviewer.  If every review written by one person sounds the same, and he is never critical of anything, that reviewer may not be reliable.

As others have said, stick with independents if you can. I know that limits the options you have. But if you must use an agency (and not all are bad), be sure to run a search of the agency's phone number or email address to pull up reviews of all the providers in the agency.  Look at the reviews of all the providers, even those you're not interested in seeing.  If the agency is any good, all of their providers should get at least decent reviews.  In short, do your homework and your next experience will be infinitely better.

Thanks to everyone for all the helpful input!

Perhaps I should explain that I have seen only indies except on one other occasion when I called an agency, and that went smoothly.  For the most part I've been in several major cities where there is plenty of selection among indies.  However this particular time things weren't seeming to work out and I ended up trying an agency again.  I had done some research, and found that the agency was relatively new, but reviews of their girls seemed good and from what I could tell the agency's performance seemed normal.

I was quite annoyed by the tremendous wait and I certainly felt funny about the envelope situation.

As far as services, it almost seemed as though she was operating from the perspective of providing a massage and since I had paid extra, I got full service, though not nude.  That was not my impression at all from reading the agency's other reviews.

Ah well, as you've told me, live and learn.  And yes you are right, I suppose I can't actually post a review since this particular girl is not on their web site yet.  I'll keep my eyes open and if she gets on there I'll send it through.

Thanks again!
