Planning for a visit

Here's a scenario that happens to me and I was hoping to get some advice.  Say it's Wednesday and I want to see a provider on Saturday.  I'll do my research and come up with 3-4 providers who I'm interested in seeing.  And I'll have them ranked.  So I'll contact number 1 (I generally like to call).  Sometimes her voice mail box is full - then I send an email.  Or I leave a voice message if I can.  Then I wait for a day to hear from her, and never do.  Then on Thursday, I'll do the same with another provider or two.  Bottom line is it might be Friday night and I still haven't been able to contact any of the providers.  Then I have to try to see somebody else on short notice.  Of course, sometimes providers pick up and/or respond right away, but I find if it is someone I have not seen, that is rare.  Is there anything wrong with the approach of calling all 4 on Wednesday and the first who gets back with me is the one I see?  Between providers not responding, and being booked up, and/or not being in my area, my batting average of being able to see any one provider is not very high. Maybe I should come up with 8-10 providers instead of 3-4.  Also, I find it is very rare for a provider to return my call if she doesn't know me.  And even more rare for her to leave a message, even though I say in my message to her that she can leave a message if I don't answer. Maybe I'm over-planning and over-thinking this, but it should not be that difficult to schedule a visit.  Any suggestions will be appreciated.  Thanks.

I'll take a WFA that's it's your approach, meaning the content of your email or vm.  You maybe coming across to the providers as a time waster.
Are you asking to see the provider on a specific day and time?  Are you giving provider references in the vm or email? I never leave a vm for providers. Many will not call you back if you don't give a specific time frame with which a return call is acceptable. And many times the vm box is full.
You can do a search on this board, the topic of "approaching a provider" has been discussed and I think there may even be a section on this is the "self help center"  Try joining P411 and contacting them thru the site. Get some P411 provider "ok's" as you start seeing escorts and I think you'll have more success. Good luck

Send email with your desired time / length / day of the date, include your Datecheck or P411 ID and you will get a response in minutes from most RELIABLE companions.

I personally never call back unless I am specifically told it is ok to call and given some time frame for return call.

This is good advice. We look at men as time wasters if they leave a phone message that says, "call me", "are you available". This is useless information and wastes our time.

Email is the fastest and most appropriate way to set up a date. If they have a website, fill out their contact form with all the information and you will get a quicker response.

Again an email saying, call me, are you available will usually just get deleted.

That would give you time to give the first person the customary 48 window to respond before you start with the second, and allow up to three, which I would hope would be enough.

Yes, receiving an unannounced phone call has become somewhat of a red flag to me.  Perhaps yellow flag would be a better term.  Just calling outright without emailing first has me on the edge of my seat scrutinizing for signs of a scam, timewaster, and or tire kicker.

But, I resolved that problem by no longer publishing my phone number.  Email first, send in a serious appointment request and start earlier if your don't want to be perceived as double booking.

Good Luck

Thanks for your reply, but I'm still a little confused.  If a provider lists her telephone number in her ad, and I call her unannounced, why is it a yellow flag? Sometimes, providers don't have their email address in their profile.

are just not very good with the business part of P4P. Not sure how many VM's it takes to fill a mailbox but obviously this provider hasn't checked messages in a while.

And yes, I agree with the providers who have responded. As a guy, I much prefer email because my hobby phone is ususally in the "off" position because I don't always have the privacy to answer a call from a provider.

Couldn't agree more. A provider whose email box is full is either very popular or very disorganized.

I will give extra points (and repeat business) to a mediocre (6-8/10) provider who's responsive and acts like she values me/my money over a higher rated provider whose responses/lack of responses makes me feel like I'm not valued.

GIRLS: Please at least act like we're important. You're in business, treat the customer like he's valuable....if repeat business is important to you, and I think it would be, build some brand loyalty...Just my nickel's worth.
