It gives the detailed instructions.

Go to the top of the Newbie board home page.
Select Search (from Top10Posters - Search - New Thread - Overview tabs).
Enter InspectorMorse as the author.
30 days (default) is enough.
Submit.

You get many hits, but "The detailed instructions" dated Jan 4 is kind of obvious.  

I wonder what the Inspector spends his time Inspecting

You have to have your pics on a pic hosting site so that each picture has it's own URL.  Then you can post pics.
