In that section of a review on this site, when it has "not accurate," does that mean it's the person in the photos and just age or weight or enhancements to her?  

Age and weight would be the two big one's most likely. Could be that the ad photos show her before some cosmetic work (that was good or went south) but more likely going to be about the first two. If you thinking about writing a first review where you're making the profile then best to describe in your review how the photos are not accurate.

 
While not a sure thing, you can also go back to the first review for some escort you're interested in that might have that set to see if that reviewer made clear why they were choosing that option rather than one of the others.
