How long is too long?

I am new to the hobby, but wanted to ask my fellow hobbyists - how long is too long to wait for a response for a provider that is supposed to be immediately available?

I respond asap (less than 3 hours) but I am still never available immediately.

Most providers who advertise as such, are a bit flaky. If she gets the money for that day she needs, you are shit out of luck. You are dealing with a different breed of escort, if she is sitting by the phone or camped out in a hotel 24/7.
