upper right corner of the newb main page near the life preserver. Get an internet presence (website or ads) with good pictures,  Find your regional board and start participating on the board.

In addition, you can place an ad on your regional ad board once every 7 days, suggest you do that.  Ad guidelines are explained in the self help center that you were advised to read.  Participating on your regional board will help get your name out there.  

Once you get a review, you will then have a profile.  At that time, you can ask admin, by using the contact us button, to link your review(s) to your handle.  This will make it easier for potential clients to read them.  You can also ask for the free limited VIP membership which will allow you to read the juicy details of your own reviews.  If you want to read those of other providers, you will have to buy VIP membership.
