It has full answers on how to use TER including searches, etc.
As far as finding your review, you can go to the review section, insert your information in the appropriate filter (Try using your site URL or email, for example in case the review was written using some variant on a name you use.) That should bring up your review if you have one on here.
Or is there some other piece of information that you are trying to find perhaps?
Also we have three months from the date of a session to write a review, and some folks will wait a while to submit a review. Also, to be reviewed on TER you beed to have an ad onthe internet that is not on a competing review site, or a personal website, or a profile on a verification site such as P411 or date-check.
So, a review for you may or may not exist in the database.
To check, go to "reviews" then "search reviews." Try searching by your name and location. Try different spellings of your name and any other name you might have used in ads. Also try searching by your phone number and email address.
I believe you should be able to do this with a basic membership. To do more advanced searches, you need VIP membership.
If you find a review, (or when you get your first review) email TER at [email protected] from the same email address you signed up with, and ask them to "link" your username to your review profile.
(This info is in the self-help center, which you said you read already)
If you have more questions that you can't find answered in the SHC, or here, come back and ask. There are many helpful people on this newbie board, but try to be more specific, (so we know what you are asking for) instead of just saying, "help! help!"
Good luck!

Once you find your review send an email to link you handle to your review. This will give some extra features for free like the use of private messaging, whitelisting, searching for other members, and you will be able to read your entire review.
