They won't post instantly. Depending how busy admin is, it could take a few minutes to a few hours to post, but if you follow the posting guidelines it will eventually post. After you have been here for a while and demonstrate you can post following TER guidelines, ask them to unmoderate you and then your posts will go up instantly
All new members are moderated until they demonstrate that they can follow the posting guidelines. To do that, read the self help center, it has a section on posting, and start posting on your regional board. After a month or so of frequent posting, you can ask admin to unmoderate you.
