If I were to make a payment to a provider, apart from bitcoin or prepaid gift cards, are there any other means of payment where I do not have to disclose my personal information?

 
Evidently, p/pal does not allow sender to remain hidden.

Cash is king, of course. Forget about anonymity.  Even before you get to that, regular PP enforces its rules about "allowed" transactions. If it suspects something like P4P,  PP will freeze accounts and seize funds. PP GIFT CARDS, purchased anonymously at brick and mortar stores, are another matter and possibly safer than any other GCs.

a couple of gals I used to know had me mail cash to a POB they had.

Fortunately, there were no problems.

On the cash app you can put any name and handle... And send anonymous. They are not known for being sex work friendly but don't put something suspicious in the memo line obviously. I have not had problems.

Of course, I won't be sending any bills through post. Hence looking for an alternative. Cash app could be the solution.

If it's staying in the SWIFT/US banking system, it's not anonymous at-all. Not even slightly anonymous. This includes Cash/Square and any other app. Apps in some ways are worse because they likely have your GPS coordinates along with all the other info it's capturing.  

 

The only way to have a transaction not have a complete record of ins/outs is to either pay cash, or to use crypto (bitcoin/monero/etc).

Most girls don't take crypto, but it's worth an ask.

Just to clarify, I want anonymity from the receiver, not the whole system.

Don't want receiver to get my personal info. Other than that, don't care.
