This topic has been discussed many, many times.  Tips are not required, unless you feel the service really deserved it.  I bring candles and a VS gift card.  If service is substandard, she comes out ahead.  If service is wonderful, maybe I do better next time.

I enjoy seeing their reaction when it is a first visit, the gifts are really unexpected.  My repeats know what they will get, and that's ok.  I love giving them a little extra, or I would not be repeating.

As to this specific case, does her site suggest "all inclusive" as well as her reviews?  Many ladies in that price range wouldn't expect a "tip", but OTOH many guys will round up the donation as well.

I have never tipped a gal, nor would I expect to do so in the future.  But that is only one guy's opinion on that subject, and many others feel just the opposite.  

And based on your $ 350 gal, if it was an "obligation" to tip...I would just move on to one that doesn't suggest this.

if the reviews does not hint about tips more than likely she does not require a tip.Many independent and there are some agencies that are flat rate.I do not require a gentleman to tip me if he does it is a wonderful surprise and greatly appreciated but not something I expect.
