If on a provider's profile it says Willing to See: Basic Plus 3, does that mean you need to be approved by P411 and have 3 additional "okays" from other providers? Or if not, what does that mean.

Yes, you need to be verified by P411 and have 3 okays by member providers...usually that's all the verification thy need to see you and won't require any further checks...

Some are willing to see people with fewer okays but may require references or other info...

It's been my experience (I'm a plus 6) that P411 is the best resource we have for verification between clients and providers...

However providers are all different. I have used providers that were very content receiving a P411 request from me (12 Okays). and some still vetted me by contacting my latest Okay'ing providers and even requested I contact some of them that were not responding in a timely manner.

Personally I will see a brand-new p411 member with No Okays because I know they have been screened by the site.

I think some of the ladies don't understand that when P411 has been infiltrated by LE, it's because someone has turned their membership info over to LE in a bust.  

This has only happened A few times and P411 always notifies members right away, but some providers don't seem to understand this. They don't realize that there's no way for fake OK's to be given, and so still contact providers for a reference

How do I get on P411 by invite? I'm new and looking for the best sites to advertise and P411 seems like a great one but they won't application with just the few reviews I have on TER.

I originally joined P411, many years ago, when I had an assistant.  I no longer do and I book my own appointments, but I don't know how to advise becoming a P411 member.
