I am starting to get calls and emails and I am losing money because I think everyone is a cop lol how can I become a great screener or is there a trusted screening service only that strictly screens only for a fee? like $20 a screen I can book my own clients and schedule with them all I need is a trusted screening service or is there a great way to screen the clients please I need help asap thank you!

In my early days in the hobby, I only saw agency girls, and the agencies didn't do any screening because they always sent a driver along with the girl. Since coming back to the hobby in 2015, I have only seen independents like yourself, and the ones that I have seen all do their own screening. Ideally, they want names and contact info for at least two other providers that I have seen in recent months. When I first came back, I didn't have those references, so they settled for information to verify my employment, like my work phone number or linkedin page. One wanted to see my facebook page. I am also signed up with P411, which does basic screening of both clients and providers before letting them join that site. There are also professional schedulers who maybe do screening as well for the escorts that use them. I don't have any info about that.

First and foremost, it's better to turn someone away if you can't validate them.  Never chase after money, not all money is good.

Most of the ladies who are Indy screen potential clients by asking for references, usually two legit providers.  You will need to take that info and reach out to them to get validation of the person.  I don't know if you have paid for VIP, but it would be a smart idea to so that ladies can message you privately.  Some things, like the methods they use are better said in private.

Another option is to attempt to get a Preferred411 (P411) account.  You will need to give up personal data if you have no reviews.  Its a verification site that is very popular by both parties.  For ladies, a profile is free.  They are very strict in approving a request to join their service.  You may be declined initially.  

A third option is to hire an assistant or booking agent.  They get a fee, but it's most likey a lot more than the amount you specified.  They do much of the ground work, including screening.  I'm over simplifying it, some of the ladies who may respond can be more specific in private.

Finally your other option, would be to join an agency.  Again they do all the work, but it also comes with some requirements.  Again, the ladies who respond can give you more details in private.

It's better be safe than sorry. Since you don't have experience screening I will recommend  you to get an assistant / screener.

As a matter of fact she did screening for me when I did not know what I was doing and helps me when I tour... NEVER had an issue. I would never trust anyone else with my personal information but her.

$20 per screen is unrealistic. Keep in mind that the assistant is answering your phone, meaning that she can't do a lot of things during her shift. She will have to kiss a lot of frogs before she earns money if your phone number is published.  

Think of the advantages. While you're in session, your assistant could be booking another appointment for you. You will be much safer, since learning how to screen effectively takes a long time. I am going to say that it took me years to figure it out. Those years included training for safety and legal issues.
