The OP asked about p411 and date-check. The Senator said "both are good" in his post, but according to his subject line he was talking about p411 and TER. I think there was a misunderstanding there by impposter, at the term "both."
As to what is wrong with date-check, there have been threads on the Boston board and the General board about it. The owner of D.C. Is also the owner of a big Boston agency that was busted. Use DC at your own risk.
PS got it. I mistook SB's "both" to be about D-C and P411.
I hope that doesn't mean that impposter will be up for imppeachment.
But it doesn't hurt to alert newbies AND the experienced, clients AND Providers, that they probably should not be trying to register new accounts on D-C or even using D-C.

Okay. Thanks, to all three of you. Good info. I did know about the DC change over and people not being able to access, etc. Also knew about the big bust in bean town. Somehow I didn't have the connection made that it was same owners LoL!
