Newbie (43 year old Caucasian VIP TER member with no references yet) looking for my first young Asian incall in Northern VA...  
Read some reviews here and I reached out two at least two agencies today via both the contact form and even texted one of them in the hope of lining something up later this week or next week, but haven't heard back yet (over 12 hours).  
Feeling bummed out...  
Wondering if it's because: I'm a newbie? I didn't do the contact form good enough? They are just too popular or busy? I didn't just call them direct?  or I'm just too excited to meet a girl?  Probably all of the above...  lol    
I'm happy to do whatever verification they require.  
Any tips for me?    
PS-I see P411 being mentioned a lot for this circumstance but that is a steep price to me where I'm saving up just to pay the provider.  I'm already paying for TER VIP to find reviews and legit providers.  Any other tips from a "TER only" point of view to have a provider/or their service even reply back to me?

If you are a newbie is to sign up for P411 or try and see a provider who entertains newbies.  You may have to give up additional verification info i.e. work info, real number/email, possible a picture I.D., etc.   If I had to guess, I'd say agencies are spooked about seeing new clientele with no references nowadays.  If I'm not mistaken I believe P411 does 1 month subscriptions, that would at the least get you in the door to start your journey.  

And some of them are Asian.  This is one time a very long time ago where I filled out a web form and hoped it was 'deleted'.  It hasn't bit me yet, so you might have to do that as well.   Regardles, I do believe that most of the ladies in the area are legit, and have more to lose than you do.  If you are TER VIP, you can find them.  12 hrs is a bit long, but it depends on whether or not Congess is in session.

It's just getting them to actually reply back to me after my first reach out to them, that's my problem so far.

Understand about P411.  Just don't want to spend more money if I didn't have to.  Also wondered if P411 and sites like it was a "scam" (I saw some webpages reporting/complaining about it) and just a way to get money from you with no real benefit.  Also wondering if my initial reachout to the agency, call server, provider was wrong as well.

If I have to bite the P411 bullet, I will, just wondered if people have other tips...

Patience is required with Asian agencies - it's worth the wait, just persevere.

and I would think agencies are similar, will not entertain generic requests; these are considered window shopping.

try: "I am interested in meeting one of your ladies, maybe X or Y, next Monday, April 24 at 4pm."  

P-411 is a must do, EOM

There definitely is a benefit to P411, and the cost can easily be covered by the discounts girls offer on that site. (I feel as though they're offering fewer discounts lately, though that may be my imagination. In any case, the annual fee can be made up with but a few sessions.)

The best thing that I have ever done in the hobby was becoming a member of P411..
There are newbie friendly ladies on the site that will help you start getting some references and okays on P411.
The okays make screening a breeze and you will get your foot in the door of a lady that you want to see much quicker..

There are also a lot of great ladies on TER with some great reviews..

Absolutely agree... just save up a bit longer for some P411. I believe you will find that it is so worth it.

I bit the bullet, paid the money, and now I'm waiting for my P411 to be approved.

Also I've reduced my own expectations on getting replies back because I'm a newbie with no reviews.  I'm going to wait until my p411 is done and then attempt to find a newbie friendly person(s) on there first (after looking them up in TER of course).

We are on the same boat. Have been requesting on multiple providers but for some reason no replies. I have a P411 account though and that doesn't seem to help. Frustrating.

I imagine there some kind of trick. Would appreciate if someone could share it.

Just because you email a provider and say you have a P411 account will not help your chances. Go through P411 and request an appointment.

Good news:  I finally got my P411 approved and started searching yesterday.

Bad news:  Some "not so fun" first time impressions of P411 as well:

- uploaded photo but to my surprise, takes two days to be approved... that's a big bummer for a provider looking me up within the next two days I would think.

 - my browser it turned out didn't support clicking on the provider in the search result to see their detailed bio page, so I sent an embarassing private message to one of them asking questions that their bio already answers (of course they didn't respond).  Finally figured it out after I sent, it but I think it makes me look like someone who doesn't read their bio and is a time waster.    Figured it out though and everything's fine now, but the damage might be done with that provider

- only found ONE provider in my entire state (VA), was newbie friendly, and was my type (asian)
    That really bummed me out all of that pain and expense to get on P411... and only one provider there that I would actually go with.

- no response - I PMed her and I attempted to schedule an appointment with her but she hasn't responded to me yet.     Admittedly I haven't given her 24 hours yet for the appointment request, but I'm just super bummed out with this whole experience and that's affecting my patience.

Of course, I will try to look the bright side and not give up.  I will keep searching each day on P411 (including other states), and also keep trying to improve my initial contact messages but obviously I'm not doing it right yet.   I also still attempt to reach out to providers on TER as well through their actual websites but no responses as well...

Hope it gets better...  Really depressing...  

These ladies don't sit on P411 all day waiting for us to send them appointment requests
They have personal lives just like you and I do..
There are also touring ladies that are newbie friendly.I have found Virginia to be a hot spot for touring ladies.
