I dunno what the OP has read, but there are crazy stories out there about 411. I remember a few months ago I read this big article/story about the site. It was written by a provider, allegedly. She was saying all this stuff about how she had a program that tracked the emails she sent and she could see that messages she sent to certain 411 users and even to Gina were being forwarded to government email addresses, often to over a hundred recipients. She claimed she confronted Gina and never got answers. There were many other claims of shenanigans going on. Wasn't really saying it got hacked, was saying they were cooperating with LE.  
   
 After I read it, I noticed it was two or three years old. I'm no expert on any of the LE stuff or techy stuff, but I remember thinking if it were all true, the whole thing would've caved in like a house of cards by now, or there would've been thousands and thousands of arrests.  
   
 Wonder if I could find that story again.
