However since this is the newbie board and we are supposed to be nice, I will take you seriously for a while. First, please read the Self Help Manual. It is easily found at the top of the page. Second, read this board, back a bunch of pages. There is lots of good information if you truly are a new provider. Third, Learn about screening. That is the most important thing you can do! Learn how to protect yourself from cops and scum clients. Fourth, build yourself a free website to start out.

Now regarding your specific question, we dont know how much is 'really good $$$' but many ladys who do overnights get anywhere form 3000 to 10000. You need to work out how much of that time is public time (dinner, show, breakfast, etc) and how much is private time behind closed doors, and of the private time how much of that is actual sleep time if any. Not every overnight is the same. Is it going to be a 12 hour pornstar fuckfest, or is it going to be dinner, and a show, followed by a few hours of play time, then some sleep, and maybe a middle of the night romp, and back to sleep, then a morning romp followed by breakfast. You need to figure out what he expects for that time, and what you are willing to give.

Got that worked out w/a girlfriend...... Thanks for your advice. So,  I could say that we need to sleep 6 (7? 8?) hours.  I know he wants to play in the morning. He's giving me 2500.

He furnishes Meals, snacks, beverages.  You should ok the plans, in case you have strong preferances or allergies.  
Partake of alcohol lightly & he must do the same.  All beverages should be opened in front of you & not leave your sight.  No different than a bar...  but you wouldn't know that!  
An agreement on total sleep hours.  Expect it to be interrupted but an agreement going in is a help.  
If perchance one of you has a sleep problem (like snoring), it should be OK to finish the night in another bed...  & rejoin in the morning.  It might be prudent to ask, especially if he's older.

You might want some personal time...  a few minutes to an hour...  to wash up (alone), use the toilet, call/text your BFF to check in for safety   He should be ok with this, but worthy of a mention in advance.

+++ that you've seen him before & he seems ok.  This is the biggest thing because you will be asleep next to him & THAT requires a lot of trust.  At east it should.    

You should bring condoms & anything else you need (lube).
