Outcall to during business trip

Ok, so I'm new here, very new. I've read all the "newbie" manuals and links and I believe I understand the etiquette. I was still a little apprehensive so I tried the TER messenger and a very nice provider actually responded (to be totally honest I was surprised that I got a response). So now I'm a VIP member .

That being said here's my question. I travel a lot and my company pays for lodging and travel expenses. If I do decide to indulge in this "hobby" it would only be during one of these trips and more than likely it would be an Outcall session. To the veterans, should I use the hotel I'm using for my business trip for this hobby or should I get a separate room in a different hotel? This is my only gray area.

I hobby under the circumstances that you are describing quite a bit.  I use my hotel room. As long as you exercise caution in your selection process and book an appointment with a professional and discrete lady you should be fine.

Be careful about hotels or resorts that require key access to elevators or guard check in (very common at resorts).  You may have to arrange to meet the lady in the hotel bar which can be worrisome if you are traveling with a group from work.

Most Ladies who see Gentlemen traveling on business, especially in city like NYC, will be professional enough to show up at your hotel without raising any red flags and will not be walking around in tight miniskirt/ ho boots combo asking for directions to elevator.

So I don't think you should have any problems entertaining in your hotel.  You can also mention during booking the appointment that you would like lady to dress on conservative side.

Unless it is a small boutique hotel, the hotels do not care. As said above, a good provider knows to show up discreetly. My favorite was a provider who showed up to the hotel in jeans and a nice cashmere sweater.  At first I thought it was a pretty woman who was looking for another room!

If you pick your lady wisely, nothing will likely happen if you decide she should visit you, except that you will have a very good time during the downtime of your trip.  Be conscience of the risk, but don't be overly paranoid.  Make sure the usual rule of well reviewed ladies applies.  Then, you should be fine.

But if you have a rental car, why take a chance?  Visit her at her incall if that is an option...

Many times hotel bills will have a list of calls made including the phone number.  You don't want a troll in accounting to get ahold of this.

Use your own (non-company issued) phone and even better, a private hobby phone that won't leave any traces.

Best of luck.

with the previous posters, your hotel room is fine, I've seen a few hobbyists this way. It's convenient for you and the provider. Go for it ;)

a coulpe of thoughts/questions to consider:

- is ther anyone else from your company on these trips; are they staying in the same hotel?
- are you married?

if you answered yes to any of these then you may bump into a co-worker and have to entertain some uncomfotable questions.  This increases the risk activities getting back to your boss.  Sure you can tell them youu met a lady at the bar a few times but if you suddenly start having a female companion at your hotel some people may see a pattern. If you are married make sure your wife is not plannining a suprise visit for a special occasion (doubtful but ive heard of it happening and it usually = divorce).  never ever charge room service (i.e. champagne & choclates, dinner for 2, or pretty much anything you would not get if you were not alone).  just my .02

Company's paying for it, so put it to good use! :) As mentioned above, if all of your coworkers are staying in the same area of the hotel, proceed with caution.

Wow, a lot of good points here. I  didn't think about the room phone, room service, card access to elevators or the co-worker aspects of doing Outcall. I have a hobby phone and co-workers rarely travel with me so those issues can probably be avoided with a little restraint and diligence on my part. However, I commonly upgrade to concierge level rooms which require card access and I was planning on using room service in case the provider wanted something. Guess I still have some things to figure out. Man, and I was really looking forward to my provider showing up in a tight miniskirt/ ho boots combo too.

Incall is an option but I think I would be too nervous for my first time.

If traveling with other emplyees...  a clever upgrade to card restricted access might gain privacy!  An "upgrade" change in rooms could gain you space as well.
Mini-bars & room service are pricy...  but minor use would not be able to be differentiated.  Or a gentleman could pick up treats to have at the room.
Be careful of remnants, wine bottles, glasses, wrappers, etc in case a co-worker should visit your room.  Personally, I'd keep out of sight until I could dispose of.  I carry a couple of opaque bags for dirty "laundry".  Don't think someone will not notice what is in your trash, when the drop a tissue in.  That's part of being discrete.

I love having a lady come to my hotel for an extended session where I can host.  (A thing I used to do all the time when I maintained an apartment in New York for work and could have ladies visit me, something I can't do at home living with my wife and kids.) I have never had a problem.  I am discrete, use well reviewed generally experienced providers, and always stay in nice hotels.

All good advice above.  On more than one occassion, when staying on a restricted floor, I have met a lady on a lower floor by the elevator since I didn't want to meet her in the lobby because of other colleagues staying in the same hotel.  To not arouse suspicion, I carried the room ice bucket to get ice on the lower floor.

The next morning I carry out the used candles, condom wrappers, etc. and discard them on my way to the hotel gym on the way to my morning workout.  Nothing wrong with an empty wine bottle in a hotel trash can.  Lots of people drink in their rooms.

For me, I prefer not to drive in a strange city; therefore I prefer outcall to my hotel room.
