Outcall/Incall donation

Just wondering what the reasoning is for the difference of incall vs. outcall gifts?
Some providers ask for the same amt., most want more for incall, and some charge more for outcall.
I would think incall should be less since it doesn't require the provider to travel.
I have looked through lots of newbie questions and have not found this subject addressed.
I would be interested for some provider response as well.
Thank you

Usually when you find a higher incall rate it is because the provider is renting a hotel room. Higher outcall rates are for one of two reasons, either the provider doesn't drive and hires a car or she prefers incall and uses the difference to discourage outcalls.

My incall rate is higher than the outcall rate...I was working out of my apartment.  The outcall rate is less because the client is either responsible for the cost of the room or they make the necessary arrangements for a home visit.  My incall rate was higher because #1 the client was not required to locate a room #2 I don't know about other providers, but I wash and change my bedding, wash and purchase new handtowels, towels, toiletries, etc. for incall use.  The only convenience on my end of the incall is that I didn't have to go anywhere, but there was more work for me after the call.......where maids would come in handy.

Yes, i would prefer to do incalls at a hotel because i don't like people to know where I live, and i don't have to do that much cleaning after...... My rate for incalls and outcalls is the same... The money used for the room is considered the travel fee ( for outcalls )
