LE can set up a sting whether incall or outcall...the key is research, research, research.

In call or out call the chance of a bust is there if you don't do your research.

Paris and Bostonguy are correct in that anything can happen. With outcall I personally would be more worried about getting ripped off if having unknown ladies come to you.
