PM to Providers?

I know I've done this before, but it's been a while and now I cannot see how to send a PM to a provider within TER. Any help?

Many providers have TER profiles but never post on discussion boards. :)

Although, he did say a "TER provider" so it's probably safe to assume she had reviews.
But even if she has reviews she doesn't get the Limited Provider VIP until she asks admin to link her reviews to her username.

Many providers have reviews on TER but are not members here. Others are members but never got their reviews linked
