If you know the message therapist offers this service what is the best way of requesting it from them? Because a lot of them are fearful that you might be LE, is there a proper etiquette of way of asking them without offending them?

When I got my last massage, i undress myself but i wore my underwear. Should I have just stripped naked completely and perhaps that would hint to her that I want it? Personally, I like to let me forearms (from the elbow down) flop off the edge of the massage table. This gives the girl a chance to brush by my hands. If she does let her legs brush by forearms or hands - I will do the little pinky twitch and work my way up to feeling her leg. Once you are feeling her leg like that, she will take over.
Also always strip down to your birthday suit. Even legit massages are normally buck naked covered with towel. Also when she gets to your legs, give her some encouragement. When she gets to the right general area, say "Ah, that feels really nice" or "you have great hands"
