I think gals use the phrase to lure in guys who will think that anything goes when more than likely the menu will be the standard fare.

 Who states she is "openminded" and when you read her website and reviews, she offers and engages in BBFS, in her pussy & ass.

I also realize it is over-used and thus relatively meaningless.  I believe I even used it on one of the first iterations of my website, but I've since tried to refrain from using terms that are so nebulous.  Does open-minded mean they simply like sex? That they will perform oral?  In the non-hobby world, that's practically enough to qualify for the term (I've certainly heard many a lady complain about husbands wanting BJs, etc).
