Hi, Folks. This may have been covered numerous times in the past, but why is it that I can't see the entire review of each hobbyist who reviews a provider? I can see the VIP comments from each of them, but not the details from the main profile that I fill out when doing a review before getting to the VIP comments. Providers change hair color, get a boob job, gain or lose weight, change their menus, etc. Does her profile get updated through additional reviews? How does this work? Is there a way to access it?

A long time debated issue, why does everyone have to fill out the profile page again when nothing gets changed, I dunno. And no, you cannot view the profile page that each reviewer filled out.

The only way to make changes on the profile page is to submit a problem report, stating what is wrong and how you know that. For example, you can say you just saw her and her hair is now blonde, or you can say something like according to the last 3 reviews she now does BBJ instead of CBJ. They will send you an answer back which you can view in your acct. manager and give you 2 VIP days for it.  Hope that helps.

profile, or an agency can request a change to the profile if it is associated with the agency.  If the change is major enough (like NOT doing something anymore), then PM the provider and suggest she change it.  Other than that, unfortunately, you're SOL.
