Ok .... I did a review on a provider who recently came to Cleveland.  When I used the drag down menu, I must have hit my mouse wheel and it changed the perfomance level from a "once in a lfetime " to a "Went the extra mile ".  My review was what I feel was great ... but I screwed up.  How do I get this changed?  I tried submitting a review correcting it and it keeps getting rejected due to bad web address ( it is identical so I know they work) and asking that I be allowed to edit it ..... no good on either.  Any help..... this woman WOW'd me  and I wanted to give her that credit.

If these "prerequisites" are not mentioned in the text of your review TER can lower the score to reflect the correct aggregate value of her performance.

According to the details in your review, the highest possible performance score you could have awarded her is an 8 (maximum 7 plus 1 extra point for bbbj).

If your awarded score does not match the text of the review, the TER Support staff will adjust it.
