I haven't done this before and want some advice on choosing a certain Provider. She only has two reviews. One of the reviewers only has two postings, but the other reviewer has about 20. The other Providers he has reviewed also have at least 6+ reviews each.
I am nervous about this and realize I should try someone with more reviews to feel safer. I just wanted to get opinions if this sounds like a legit provider.

See providers with 10+ good reviews from hobbyists with 5+ reviews that they have written.
In truth, the provider you are intersted in is probably OK, but the reason I make this suggestion is that you are obviously concerned about this. Since the whole purpose of the hobby is to have fun, it seems plain to me that you are going to have a lot less fun because of your worrying than if you see someone that you don't have to have this angst over.
When you have a few dates under your belt and the confidence to choose wisely, then go back and see this person.
I feel she is probably ok... but I look for 6-10 reviews. This is not match.com, you should expect to try a few, at least. As a Newbie, you will be nervious enough... I always am on a first meeting... skb
I guess the best answer depends on how much you care about money. I don't mind paying $300 for a girl that I really like and liked talking to even though the service may not be that good. If she is good, it was well worth the risk, if not, I lost 300 bucks.
I don't particularly want to see these providers that have 10 pages of reviews over the last few months. How intimate of a service can she provide is she sees 10 guys a day?
