Has anyone tried these $100 or whatever low amount specials that providers offer? Do they provide full service? Also what does it mean when providers indicate that they are "open minded"?

Specials on ads are usually just to draw you in.  They might offer FS, but you won't know unless you dig deeper.  FS is something you will have to research, as to whether or not it is offered.  That's what this site is for.  It's called RESEARCH.  Do it.

In my experience there are 2 "Specials" types.  One is a slight discount of her say "hour rate"...  which frankly is rare.  
The other is for a lesser service or lesser time period.  If you are ok with a quicky, it might be fine.  I bit on one & it was no kiss, FS without her fully undressing, and was a lesser time.  Fortunately she was willing to extend to the full hour for the full rate.  Sometimes the lady is not.  

Open minded means nothing...   as GFE also has no firm "rules"  
I don't typically respond to specials as i know I want more time.

You just never know. Some of these specials might be worth it, others a rip off. As a newb you will be developing what we call "that little voice whispering to you" or a "bullshit meter" As you develop these features you should be able to tell which specials are real and which ones to steer clear off.  I don't pay attention to any of them. I know what I like, and it's not these type of specials.

Many ladies will offer a special from time to time when it's slow but you need to see what this lady is all about before being drawn in. The Cheaper price and the big letters saying  "Special" should make you do some real checking on the provider. Many rip off ladies will use this method on BackPage and other similar sites. If you look on the local ad Board here for your area I think the same type of ads might be available and you will less likely be unhappy. Just remember when you get that $100 1/2 hour that's the time you get. Services depend on the lady so read the whole ad. I never offer anything less than an hour and to be honest I run over.

The "open minded" term has been pushed to the max for years and is another drawing card. It sucks you in to make you feel once through her door good things will happen. Sure you could have a great time but it could be another come on word to get your interest.

The only time I've went to go see a provider who has the a 100 speical, is after I know she's well reviewed. I've seen a few providers who have done the 100 speical, what I've found is they will offer FS, but its really basic.

Pretty much a 5min CBJ, then 10 to 15mins of basic positons such as mainly k-9, and mish or cg. When see a provider offers this special dont expect an over the top performance, but very basic.

LOL! there's a provider I see all the time for her 100 rate. she allows it cause I'm in and out i n 25mins.
