The ones you get at Walmart, gas stations or other department stores should work.

You will need to go to the website on the back of the cc and register your card. Using an alias to register is fine.

Just make sure you use the exact same address and zip that you registered your card when you submit your payment to P411 otherwise your card will be declined.

For me Vanilla Visa worked but others might work as well.

If you want to purchase a TER VIP membership, the prepaid cards at Walmart and other stores failed from my experience but the Vanilla Visa worked.

I know the Vanilla Visa card is available at some local gas stations for me but might not be available everywhere. You might have to purchase that online using another prepaid card.

I am a newbie and looking to get into the hobby.  I was looking at signing up for P411 and thinking through what kind of prepaid credit card I should get.  Any suggestions what to get?  What other things should I be thinking about? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Let me also add that is ok to use a fake address to register your card, just don't forget the address you use and zip.

Also don't forget to get a hobby phone and anonymous email address.
